To achieve these goals, individuals may require your assistance with, but not limited to, the following: Personal Care Assistance (bathing, toileting, dressing, mobility/transfers, nutrition) Socialization and Engagement with their preferred and developmentally appropriate activities Supervision and Monitoring for Safety Behavioral Management and Crisis Prevention Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication Techniques

QUALIFICATIONS

Two years (preferred) experience working with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities (Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, etc.) Proof of eligibility to work in the United States BLS/CPR/First Aid Certification TB test or Chest X-ray done within 2 years Physical Clearance Must be able to meet training and agency compliance requirements Ability to comply with local and/or federal regulations regarding
