  • At SYNERGY HomeCare of North County, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Caregiver to join our team in San Marcos, CA. As a Certified Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.   • About the Role
  • As a Certified Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our clients in their homes. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Managing medications and administering injections, as needed
  • Providing meal preparation and assistance with feeding
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers, including use of walkers and wheelchairs
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and services provided
  • Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, following established protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including their homes and yards
  • Work closely with other caregivers, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of client care
  • Requirements
  • Certified Caregiver
  • (CCG) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds or more, with assistance if needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
