Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Home Care Operations Manager to lead and optimize our home health care services. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive performance improvements across the organization. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of home care operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee medical management practices, ensuring adherence to healthcare policies, JCAHO standards, and state regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams, nursing leadership, and administrative staff to promote integrated care solutions. Implement Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives to enhance quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Manage healthcare financial aspects including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control strategies. Ensure compliance with health regulation policies such as JCAHO accreditation standards and local licensing requirements. Provide executive leadership by developing strategic plans that align with organizational goals and market demands. Foster team leadership by mentoring managers, promoting professional development, and cultivating a positive work environment. Drive operational management efforts to optimize workflows, improve patient experiences, and meet organizational benchmarks. Experience Proven management experience within healthcare settings, particularly in home health or related medical services. Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles, including medical leadership and nursing oversight. Familiarity with health regulation policies such as JCAHO accreditation standards and state licensing laws. Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration across clinical, administrative, and financial teams. Experience implementing Performance Improvement (PI) strategies to elevate service quality and operational performance. Background in healthcare financial management with an understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and cost containment. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker capable of developing long-term plans that support organizational growth and compliance objectives.
