NOW HIRING - LIVE-IN DIRECT CARE STAFF

Currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and responsible Live-In Direct Care Staff member for our group home in Loxahatchee Florida. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Care Staff to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities who may exhibit challenging behaviors . This is a great opportunity for someone who is dedicated to helping individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in a supportive home environment. Schedule 5 Days per week, 2 Days Off Flexibility with scheduling is required

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting residents with daily living activities Providing companionship and emotional support Medication reminders and documentation Meal preparation and light housekeeping Maintaining a safe and positive environment

Requirements:

Experience in caregiving, direct care, or group home settings preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to pass background screening Valid driver's license preferred Must be able to live on-site If you are interested or know someone who may be a good fit, please message me directly for more information.
