Duties Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance their comfort and independence Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being Administer medication reminders and monitor health status in accordance with care plans Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or errands Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members promptly Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a secure environment for clients Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs Qualifications Prior experience in caregiving or home health services preferred, especially with clients requiring complex care needs Knowledge of medical-surgical, geriatrics, post-acute care, outpatient clinics, or sub-acute care environments is highly valued Experience working in Level I Trauma Centers, Level II trauma centers, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), or teaching hospitals is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently with explicit attention to safety protocols Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain necessary certifications upon hire Join us in delivering exceptional in-home care that transforms lives!
