Right at Home Grayslake is hiring an experienced Spanish-speaking caregiver to start immediately! If you're looking for meaningful weekend work with a flexible part-time schedule, we'd love to have you join our team! Pay$16.50-$19.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and assignment.
Weekend Part-Time Schedule Weekend part-time shifts Flexible hours based on client needs and your availability Positions available in Wadsworth and surrounding areas Great opportunity for caregivers looking to supplement their income Caregiver requirements Spanish-speaking caregiver At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (required) Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience strongly preferred Personal care experience , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance Compassionate, dependable, and patient Good communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto insurance High school diploma or equivalent preferred Our caregivers enjoy: Flexible scheduling Paid orientation and training 401(k) with company match (eligibility required) Paid travel time between shifts Referral bonuses for caregivers and clients Annual merit raises and performance bonuses Health insurance benefits (eligibility based) Health discount plan for medications Sick pay (up to 40 hours per year) Immediate Pay Program Direct deposit Paid mileage for client errands Exclusive employee discounts Supportive team with incentives and events 24/7 office support Join a team that values your experience, supports you, and recognizes the important work you do for seniors and their families.
