Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while promoting growth, development, and well-being. Your positive attitude and attentive care will help enhance the quality of life for those you serve, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and empowered every day. Duties Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility for children and individuals with special needs Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional development Provide toddler and infant care, including feeding schedules, diapering, and sleep routines Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct and emotional regulation Administer basic first aid and CPR in emergency situations following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols Support participation in youth programs and early childhood education activities to foster growth and development Collaborate with families, teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans Requirements Proven experience working with children across various settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities or special needs Certification in CPR and first aid from an accredited organization Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child abuse or neglect Strong communication skills to effectively teach, guide, and support children's growth Ability to manage behavior positively while maintaining patience and empathy Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing exceptional caregiving that nurtures growth, fosters independence, and builds trusting relationships.
