Job Description Community Outreach Advocates Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregiver to join our growing team in Salisbury, IN . As a Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference every day. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Personal care and hygiene assistance Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Mobility and transfer assistance Companionship and emotional support Escort clients to appointments or errands when needed Maintain a safe and clean environment Report changes in the client's condition to the office Qualifications Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal experience considered) Compassionate, dependable, and patient Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if transporting clients) Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications CNA, HHA, DSP, or PCA experience is a plus Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred but not required) Benefits Competitive pay ($18.00/hour) Flexible scheduling Supportive and friendly office staff Meaningful one-on-one client relationships Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity for additional hours Rewarding work that makes a real difference Why Join Community Outreach Advocates Inc.?
