Duties Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Monitor patient health by monitoring vital signs and overall condition updates Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet individual dietary needs Maintain accurate care plans, document patient progress, and communicate effectively with team members about resident needs Ensure a clean, safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocols Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and engagement Requirements Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred but not required Ability to observe patients closely, monitor vital signs, and recognize signs of distress or health changes Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional training in HIPAA compliance, company will CPR certify caregiver after 45 days of services Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with care documentation standards and resident's rights regulations ensures compliance with healthcare laws Embark on a rewarding career where your compassion fuels positive change!
