Job Description

Job Summary Do you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of the elderly and disabled? We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated individuals to join our growing team throughout Northeast Louisiana. We are hiring for a variety of in-home care positions, including entry-level and experienced caregivers, Personal Care Attendants (PCAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Direct Support Professionals, and other direct care roles. We currently have shifts available in: Bastrop Calhoun Monroe Rayville Spearsville West Monroe In addition, new client referrals are received daily throughout our Northeast Louisiana service area, creating ongoing opportunities for qualified applicants.

Job Duties May Include:

Assisting clients with activities of daily living (personal care tasks) Meal preparation Light housekeeping Laundry Medication reminders Companionship and emotional support Transportation and errands Promoting client safety, comfort, and independence Minimum Qualifications One (1) year of caregiving or related experience preferred Valid driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Current auto insurance/registration Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to arrive on time and work scheduled shifts in their entirety Compassionate, professional, and service-oriented attitude Applicants must: Have a High School Diploma or GED Pass a criminal background check with no convictions that would prohibit employment under Louisiana regulations (Additional information regarding disqualifying convictions can be found here: https://www.br-solutions.net/blog-post-2/) Please bring the following when applying: Driver's License Social Security Card Current Auto Insurance/Registration CPR/First Aid, if available (We offer paid CPR training.)
