Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to children and individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children of various ages, including toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children. Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development, learning, and fun. Ensure safety by adhering to childhood development best practices, behavior management strategies, and mandated reporting laws. Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, maintaining a safe environment at all times. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to update them on their child's progress, activities, and any concerns. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering (for infants), nap times, and hygiene practices. Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care tailored to individual requirements. Skills Experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques. Strong activity planning skills for children that promote learning through play and exploration. Proficiency in child supervision, behavior management, and creating a nurturing environment. Certified in first aid and CPR with the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued. Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration.
