Job Description

Urgently Hiring! Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Support Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients in promoting their independence and enhancing their daily living experiences. If you are committed to providing quality care and support, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming if needed. Support clients in promoting their independence and quality of life. Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed to ensure a clean and safe environment. Demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care and treatment plans. Maintain respectful and professional relationships with clients and their families. Comply with all safety and health regulations. Be able to lift the client if needed.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 year old High school diploma or GED is required Must have a valid Driver's license and reliable transportation. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Must be located in or around Island Falls-Maine Legal authorization to work in the United States. PSS certification or CNA is a plus.
