We are committed to delivering personalized care in a warm, welcoming setting. Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional support to our residents. The ideal candidate would possess a background in senior care, including assisting with daily activities and managing complex needs such as dementia and memory care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life through attentive, respectful, and professional care. Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability. Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines. Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being. Operate manual handling equipment like Hoyer lifts safely to assist with resident transfers. Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas in accordance with health standards. Follow emergency procedures including first aid and CPR when necessary to ensure resident safety. Qualifications Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care settings is desirable but not required. Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and geriatrics is helpful. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and team members. $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
