JUST ME INC
is a small business in Swanville ME. We are professional, agile and professional.Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions\
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Lift and transfer residents as needed
- Respect and uphold the rights of residents, ensuring their dignity and privacy
- Provide support and assistance in memory care for residents with cognitive impairment
- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations related to care for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
