  • We're looking for a dependable Part-Time Flex Team Member to join our team!
This position is ideal for someone with an open schedule who is willing to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on the staffing needs of the building. Flex team members play a vital role in ensuring quality care and support by helping cover planned and unexpected scheduling needs. If you're reliable, adaptable, enjoy variety in your work schedule, and are passionate about making a difference, we'd love to have you on our team. Day Shift (6:00am
  • 2:00pm) Afternoon Shift (2:00pm
  • 10:00pm) Midnight Shift (10:00pm
  • 6:00) Premium pay for Midnight Shift Shift times may vary slightly

Midnight Shift Paid Time Off Flexible Scheduling Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care and hygiene Provide mobility support and companionship Deliver medications as directed Assist with meals and light housekeeping Foster a warm, respectful, and safe environment
Qualifications:
Compassionate and dependable Desire to work with seniors Able to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills Certification not required
  • on-the-job training provided Must be 18 or older Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of caregiving experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
