Brief Description of Duties Direct Care Staff (Youth Specialists) offer support and care for the kids that live at Eagle Village. They are responsible for direct supervision of kids and ensure their physical, emotional, and safety needs are met. Youth Specialists are an important part of the treatment team for each individual and help inspire positive changes in kids.
Job Type:
Full-time and part-time are available for both afternoon and night shifts.
Pay Rate:
$18.00 - $21.00 Hour We Need Adults Who Like kids and teenagers and believe they have value, even when they are struggling Are responsible, trustworthy, and patient Work well in high-stress situations We Require Adults To Have good moral character Be emotionally stable Be 20 or older A Bachelor's degree in a human services area is preferred, though not required. In-depth Eagle Village employee training in trauma informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral management, and verbal intervention is required upon employment.
