Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and support to clients Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to foster a supportive atmosphere.
