In this vital role, you will be the primary caregiver, ensuring residents' safety, comfort, and well-being through personalized care and attentive support. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive environment where clients feel valued, respected, and empowered to maintain their independence. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while developing your skills in caregiving, health monitoring, and client communication. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Support residents with medication administration following prescribed instructions and safety protocols Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary plans and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and manual handling practices Implement behavior management techniques tailored to individual needs Requirements Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred Direct Care Training Required Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; ongoing training is encouraged Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Valid state identification or driver's license for standard passenger car operation preferred for home & community care tasks Join us if you're passionate about providing high-quality care in a dynamic environment!
