POSITION SUMMARY
Starting Pay:
$18.50 per hour | Weekly Pay | One-on-One Home Care No experience required—paid training provided. Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses available. 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and safety
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Assist with medication reminders and routine care needs
Help clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their own home Requirements
Experience preferred but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Strong communication skills
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Valid driver's license preferred We will train the right person—reliability and compassion matter most.
