Position:

Caregiver .The Caregiver is responsible for all duties in relation to safely providing for the resident's care and well being.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains the community's philosophy. Is knowledgeable of policies and procedures. Has good communication skills Assist with all of the care needs of residents, including but not limited to, toileting, ambulation ,bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, escorting, and transferring from place to place. Assist with activities when required, be responsible for getting the residents to scheduled activities. Capable of washing, drying, folding, and returning laundry to the correct residents. Capable of taking accurate vital signs and weight. Resident rooms-Light housekeeping Answer call lights in a timely manner. Maintain current

CPR. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to easily lift and carry 50lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, stoop and/ or bend for a period of up to eight hours with breaks as provided by employee handbook.

• Days 6:00 am-2:00 pm / Afternoons 2:00 pm
• 10:00 pm / Midnight's 10:00 pm
• 6:00 am.
