In this vital role, you will provide personalized in-home assistance to clients across various age groups and health conditions, ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence. Your proactive approach and empathetic attitude will help create a supportive environment that promotes well-being and quality of life. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to bring comfort and stability directly into clients' homes while fostering strong relationships built on trust and respect. This shift will be every Saturdays from 9am-5pm Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity. Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed health routines in collaboration with healthcare providers. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, maintaining safety standards at all times. Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organization to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Offer companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support to enhance mental well-being. Monitor clients' health status, observe for any changes or concerns, and communicate updates promptly to family members or healthcare professionals. Follow care plans meticulously, adhering to all safety protocols, privacy regulations, and client-specific instructions to deliver consistent high-quality care. MILEAGES
) Demonstrated experience in caregiving roles with a focus on elderly or disabled populations. Strong understanding of medical-surgical care practices and post-acute care procedures. Experience working in hospital settings such as Level II trauma centers or teaching hospitals is advantageous. Knowledge of emergency medicine protocols and Level I Trauma Center procedures enhances responsiveness in urgent situations. Familiarity with specialized care environments including Geriatrics, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), outpatient clinics, or sub-acute care settings. Ability to handle OR (Operating Room) experience or hospital medicine knowledge that supports complex patient needs.
