Pay Rate:
$17/hr - $19/hr starting pay, depending upon experience. Advancement and promotion opportunities (up to $20/hr+) available!
Hiring Timeline:

Job Description:
Can work flexible daytime hours Weekend availability preferred, but nor required Personal care, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders and other assistance as directed by client. Light housekeeping, laundry and other household chores as visually observed. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. Ability to assist with transporting (i.e., Gait Belt or Hoyer Lift)
Job Requirements:
Have at least 1 year of paid caregiving experience and/or a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN Experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, or ALS patients a plus Be age 18 or older Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check Pass PHC's skills & knowledge assessment Have a valid Driver's License, a good driving record, and an insured reliable vehicle Negative TB screen Must provide or submit to health assessment/physical Is a self-starter Has strong verbal, written & social skills | someone who is great at making that crucial first impression Can provide personal care | bathing, shower assistance, toileting, dressing and bed-bound care We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
