Full Job Description Duties:
  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing.
  • Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients.
  • Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures.
  • Familiarity with nursing homes or memory care settings is a plus.
  • Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 35 minutes outside of Fayetteville to neighboring towns to clients.
