Responsibilities life coach facilitate the growth of members as they reach their goals teach coping skills to manage mental health/substance abuse barriers work side-by-side with members in the clubhouse to complete daily tasks while building healthy relationships and maintaining professional boundaries maintain accurate and timely records be accountable for your time on the clock and tasks done while working Perks 4 day work week (9 hr days), with 3 day weekends Paid sick time Health and Wellness benefits In-house, on-site gym/workout room
