You'll help manage mealtime support, observe and report changes in condition, follow personalized care plans, and use dementia-informed approaches to reduce anxiety and challenging behaviors. Working in a collaborative, resident-first team, you'll help create engaging, structured activities that support cognitive function and emotional well-being in a warm, home-like environment.
