This individual will be responsible for product formulation, raw material evaluation, and stability testing. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Of The Junior Scientist (Personal Care) Develop new formulations and reformulate existing personal care products under the guidance of senior scientists and management. Maintain accurate laboratory records, formulation documentation, and product development databases. Conduct stability testing, including monitoring and evaluating texture, odor, pH, viscosity, appearance, and other key product attributes. Analyze, document, and communicate test results and recommendations to project teams. Prepare, label, and submit product samples in accordance with established procedures. Support project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful product launches. Research and evaluate new raw materials, ingredients, and technologies for future product innovations. Collaborate with Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Marketing teams to support project objectives. Troubleshoot formulation challenges and assist in identifying effective solutions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts. Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
