Job Description

Care Finders Total Care , a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an Employee Support Specialist. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing assistance, guidance, and resources to our employees, promoting their well-being and professional growth.

$19-$21/Hourly based on experience

Voluntary Term Life and AD&D Insurance Legal Services Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Accident, Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity Insurance What You'll Do Serve as the primary HR contact for caregivers, providing support with employment-related questions and company policies. Coordinate caregiver onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientations, and required documentation. Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance with state regulations and company requirements. Monitor caregiver credentials and follow up on expiring licenses, certifications, and required documentation. Build positive relationships with caregivers while promoting a positive employee experience. Support employee relations by addressing concerns and partnering with leadership when needed. Participate in recruiting initiatives, including community events and job fairs, as needed. Perform other HR and administrative duties to support branch operations. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred). Minimum of one (1) year of Human Resources experience within a home care agency is required. Experience onboarding caregivers and supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle. Experience maintaining employee personnel files and HR documentation. Experience processing I-9s, employment verification, background checks, and compliance documentation. Experience supporting employee relations and responding to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications Experience working with HHA Exchange (HHAeXchange), EVV, ADP, or other HRIS systems. Experience supporting a high-volume caregiver workforce. Knowledge of New Jersey home care regulations and compliance requirements. Familiarity with the Hudson County home care community and caregiver workforce. Experience representing an employer at community events or job fairs.
