Overview We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Caregiver/Companion to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential support, companionship, and assistance in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, compassionate, and eager to help individuals maintain independence and well-being. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living. Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Maintain cleanliness of living areas and organizing to ensure a safe environment. Requirements Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual handling tasks such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices. Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards in healthcare settings. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire is required. Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving. Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans and instructions.
