Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide assistance and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and promoting their independence.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Help with light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning
• Escort clients to appointments or social outings
• Implement behavior management techniques as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is preferred
• Knowledge of caregiving systems and practices
• Familiarity with social work principles and practices is a plus
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to take accurate vital signs
• Proficient in medication administration techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
