Job Summary:

Duties:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
Help with light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning
Escort clients to appointments or social outings
Implement behavior management techniques as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is preferred
Knowledge of caregiving systems and practices
Familiarity with social work principles and practices is a plus
Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
Ability to take accurate vital signs
Proficient in medication administration techniques
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
