Currently Hiring for Full Time 3 evening shifts and 1 part time overnight shift Job Summary We are seeking Fulltime and Per Diem compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides/ Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and a strong understanding of patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of those they assist. This role involves working closely with clients in various settings, including home health, assisted living, and group homes. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide personal care services while maintaining the dignity and respect of each individual. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patients' conditions. Prepare meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. Assist with medication administration as per care plans and under supervision when necessary. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or autism. Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely when assisting clients with mobility challenges. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE
Home Health Aide OR Patient Care Aide
CERTIFICATE TO APPLY.
Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistance is preferred; experience in long-term care, home health, or hospice care is a plus. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable. Familiarity with patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting when required for patient mobility assistance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations including seniors and individuals with disabilities. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately while providing direct support to clients.
