We are currently female or male caregiver for a male client in Mount Sinai, NY. The ideal candidates will be patient, friendly, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include following specific instructions and performing a variety of tasks to support the clients' needs. Must have Alzheimer's/Dementia experience. Only apply if you can work this schedule. The schedule for these positions is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8 AM-12 PM and Friday from 12 PM-4 PM. Roles & Responsibilities Prompt/direct with ADLs Standby assistance while walking Assist client with personal care and hygiene as needed Plan and prepare meals Transportation to appointments, errands or shopping Perform light housekeeping duties that client can't complete on their own Be a pleasant and supportive companion Report any unusual incidents and changes in client's condition

Pay:

Up to $19.00 per hour
