A busy, friendly local family is seeking a proactive and reliable Part-Time Family Assistant to help with childcare/respite care and light household tasks (tidying up, light organization, and keeping things running smoothly). The mom is incredibly flexible and willing to structure shifts around your availability! We are open to finding the right fit for one of the following schedules: Option 1 (After-School Focus): Mon/Wed/Fri from 2:15 PM - 9:00 PM + 1 weekend day. Option 2 (Evening Side-Hustle): Mon-Fri from 6:15 PM - 9:15 PM (Perfect for extra cash after a day job!). Option 3 (Split Shift): 5:45 AM - 7:45 AM + a few flexible afternoon hours.

What You Will Do:

Provide warm, engaging childcare and respite support. Assist with after-school routines and evening care. Help with light household organization and tidying.

Requirements:

Reliable personal transportation. Warm, proactive, and trustworthy personality. Experience in childcare, babysitting, or elder/respite care is a plus. Comfortable with 1099 independent contractor status.

Pay:

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
