We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team in Noble, OK, USA . As a Compassionate Caregiver with Dementia Experience, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other age-related conditions. Your expertise and empathy will enable our clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support to clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other age-related conditions, including assistance with daily living activities, memory care, and behavioral support Develop and implement customized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring transparency and accountability Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills in dementia care and caregiving Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:

Previous experience in dementia care or a related field Strong understanding of dementia care principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes
