We are on the lookout for an observant and sincere caregiver to join our staff in providing exceptional care to our clients in the community. The caregiver will follow an Activities of Daily Living task care plan list of the client's specific care needs. Assist with medications to report any new conditions or cognitive needs that may arise. This acquired caregiver should be patient, empathetic, and have strong people communication skills. You should be observant and committed to making your client feel safe and comfortable in their own home while keeping their independence.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Following a Care plan, fill out daily report notes and observations of your care and client's needs Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks. Providing mobility assistance, transfers and Range of Motion Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and cognitive needs.

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS

Job experience desired but not limited to learning new training with your clients A driver's license and efficient auto insurance A talented and openhearted attitude. A willingness to work flexible hours, which may vary depending on client's and caregiver schedule needs and demographics.

$18.50 - $22.00 per hour
