Position Overview As a Traveling Home Health Aide, you will provide in-home personal care and companionship services to multiple clients in various locations throughout our service area. This role requires regular travel and reliable transportation to ensure clients receive the highest quality care where they need it most. Key Responsibilities Travel Between Client Locations Travel to assigned client homes throughout Philadelphia and Montgomery County Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled visits Transport clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other essential errands when needed Provide Personal Care Services Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance Support mobility and safety needs Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary Perform Household Support Light housekeeping Laundry assistance Meal planning and preparation Maintain a clean and safe environment Offer Companionship and Emotional Support Provide meaningful conversation and social engagement Monitor client well-being and report concerns Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life Qualifications Required Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License Reliable vehicle available for daily travel Current automobile insurance meeting Pennsylvania minimum requirements Valid vehicle registration Current 2-Step PPD/TB Test Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned service areas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience working in home care or healthcare settings Knowledge of Philadelphia and Montgomery County service areas Flexible availability for daytime shifts Work Schedule Flexible daytime shifts Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available Travel required between multiple client locations daily Ready to Apply? Pay:
