Job Summary:

Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for assisting residents

•in group homes

•with daily living activities, transportation to appointments, meal preparation, housekeeping, and fostering a positive and structured environment. DSP serves as a role model, promotes independence and emotional well-being while ensuring the safety and welfare of the residents.
