Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Caregiver to provide compassionate support to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while engaging children in meaningful activities. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help promote healthy development and foster positive relationships with families. Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and learning Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outings to ensure safety and positive behavior management Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns regarding child safety or well-being Administer basic first aid and CPR in emergency situations to ensure immediate care when needed Maintain a clean, organized environment that supports children's health and safety standards Requirements Prior experience working with children across various age groups, including infants and preschoolers Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR required; ongoing training preferred Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to plan engaging activities tailored to children's developmental stages Familiarity with early childhood education practices, daycare operations, or nannying experience is advantageous Demonstrated understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety Join us in making a meaningful difference in children's lives by providing compassionate care that nurtures growth, curiosity, and confidence!
