Depending on the client and their care plan, your day may include: Providing assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care Helping clients with everyday activities and routines Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping Driving clients to appointments, errands, or other activities Helping with errands and other tasks that support the client's daily life Paying attention to changes in a client's condition and communicating concerns to the appropriate team members Encouraging independence while providing respectful, dignified care Working with the broader care team to help ensure clients receive consistent, personalized support What You Bring The most important thing you bring to this role is a genuine desire to help others. We're looking for candidates who are: Compassionate, patient, and dependable Experienced in providing care to seniors; 1+ year of professional caregiving experience preferred 21 years of age or older (some exceptions may apply) Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members Comfortable providing personal care and assistance with daily activities Passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life You must also have: A valid driver's license A personal vehicle The ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screening, and TB test Why Home Matters?
