Job Description

$1000 Sign-On Bonus!! Job Overview Lifeway Services LLC, is a Residential Care Agency for the intellectually disabled and adults with autism. We are actively seeking dependable and responsible caregivers. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. This position involves providing compassionate care and support to help clients achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning and training in self independence) Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel. Support clients in social activities and community engagement to promote inclusion and independence. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress towards goals. Paperwork including daily documentation, recording and administering daily medication. DSP Requirements:
