Job Description

Team Select Home Care is looking for a Direct Care Worker in the Philadelphia Area to join our Team Select family. We do private duty, one on one in home care with adult patients. •Must know how to use Hoyer lift: mechanical and manual. Job type Full-time, Part-time, PRN Responsibilities Providing assistance and hygiene care as directed, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities and assisting with measurements, if necessary Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, shopping, companionship Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing Must be on time and be able to make commute No call outs, MUST show up to scheduled time Hoyer lift experience #WCS204
