•1) This is for part-time hours. Must have flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends. 2) The pay is $14.00/hr 3) The pay period is every 2 weeks 4) Must have your own reliable transportation 5) Must have a valid driver's license and Social Security card 6) NO felonies on background 7) Must pass a drug test 8) Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual. Do not apply if you do not plan to show-up for your shift or show-up on time for your shift. Must have clean background check and drug screen with NO exceptions

•Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in home and assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering personalized care with professionalism and empathy. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance with daily activities and medical needs. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Support residents with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's, or developmental disabilities through specialized techniques Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely and effectively for resident transfers Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Follow established care plans and document all care activities accurately Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a caring environment Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and safety Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care settings Experience working with individuals with disabilities, autism, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease is preferred Strong observational skills for patient safety and health status assessment Ability to assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks like cleaning Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with resident transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts Compassionate communication skills tailored to seniors or individuals with cognitive impairments Familiarity with care plans and social work principles related to senior or disability care This role is essential in providing compassionate caregiving services that promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being. Candidates should be committed to delivering respectful, person-centered care in a supportive environment.
