In this role, you will support residents with daily activities, promote their comfort and well-being, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Your energy and empathy will help create a positive atmosphere where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for every day. Duties Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensuring proper nutrition for residents Provide companionship and engage residents in recreational activities to enhance mental stimulation and emotional well-being Follow resident's rights policies and ensure respectful communication at all times Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas to uphold hygiene standards Requirements Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care facilities preferred Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and behavioral management techniques Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; ongoing training encouraged Experience working with individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments is highly valued Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely throughout shifts Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members Join us in making a difference!
