Trustwell Living is hiring Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our incredible and passionate care team. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Shift:
Swing/Evening We offer full medical benefits to all Full-Time employees Substantial Paid Time Off for all Full-Time employees Flexible scheduling As a Caregiver/ Certified Nurse Assistant, you are responsible for the following: Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents. Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence. Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance. Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
Qualifications:
Highschool diploma/GED Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred. CNA when required by the state CPR/First Aid certification preferred Able to lift up to 50 pounds Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English Why Join Us?
