Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to provide support and supervision to individuals in their Adult Family Homes. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals by delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor clients general health Administer medications Support patients with meal preparation and feeding as needed Provide emotional support to promote mental well-being Maintain documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with others Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean environment Skills Prior experience with adults with disabilities is helpful but not a requirement This role provides an enriching opportunity to support individuals in achieving greater independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
