Job Description

Garlick's CBRF, Inc. is looking for an energetic, organized, and creative human service professional to join our team in an adult family home setting.
Job responsibilities include:
Assistance with daily living skill developments in the areas of housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and medication administration Assistance with recreational and leisure activities Assistance as needed with bathing, grooming and personal hygiene Follow resident care plans and other required documentation Being able to interact with with residents to promote a caring environment We are currently looking to fill positions in Durand and Mondovi. Looking for the right candidate who is flexible with hours; position can include day shift and evenings/overnights. Call 715-495-0256 for immediate interview. Summary As a Residential Care Worker, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in a 2 or 4 bed Adult Family Home. Reporting to the director, your primary responsibility will be to implement and monitor care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Utilizing your core skills in caregiving and premium skills in memory and dementia care, you will enhance the quality of life for residents. Your relevant skills in patient care will ensure a safe and nurturing environment, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve. Qualifications Proven experience in caregiving, particularly in assisted living but we will train the candidates with no experience Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and memory care techniques Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia Certification in first aid and CPR preferred, but not required Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
