Job Description

Join Sevita as a Direct Support Lead in our Community & Social Services team, supporting individuals with diverse needs to live independently and with dignity. You will oversee daily care, mentor Direct Support Professionals, coordinate person-centered service plans, and ensure high-quality, trauma informed support in home and community settings.
