As a Caregiver , you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to handle various caregiving tasks with professionalism and empathy. Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
- Implement behavior management strategies for clients with developmental disabilities or dementia.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Uphold resident rights and ensure dignity is maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalized care plans.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and basic caregiving principles
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
Pay:
$15.00- $16.
