00 (Based on Experience) We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role involves assisting individuals who may need support due to age, disability, or other limitations. Responsibilities Assist with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Support safe mobility, including use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices Help maintain personal items such as glasses and hearing aids Provide light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, bed making, trash removal) Assist with meal service, including escorting residents, setup, and cleanup Support medication self-administration and track supplies Monitor residents' well-being and report any physical, emotional, or behavioral changes Complete routine safety checks and document incidents or concerns Assist with transportation and accompany residents as needed Participate in activities and encourage resident engagement Respond appropriately in emergency situations Help maintain clean and safe common areas Qualifications Willingness to complete required training (provided) Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, patient, and respectful attitude Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
