Caregiver Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, nursing, dementia care, and long-term care. You will be responsible for assisting individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), patient care, and offering support to those with autism. A valid driver's license is required for this role.Duties:
- Provide personalized care to individuals based on their specific needs
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in the individual's health or behavior
- Engage individuals in meaningful activities to promote social interaction
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
Experience:
- Proven experience in caregiving or related fields
- Knowledge of dementia care practices
- Familiarity with long-term care procedures
- Ability to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
- Understanding of activities of daily living (ADLs)
