About the Role As a caregiver, you will provide personalized, hands-on care and companionship to clients in their homes. Our caregivers play an essential role in maintaining comfort, dignity, and independence for those we serve Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary. Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Monitor and report changes in clients physical or emotional condition. Support medication reminders (as directed). Maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Safely transfer clients from bed to chair and back Requirements Prior caregiving experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Genuine compassion, patience, and a caring attitude. Ability to follow care plans and work independently. Reliable and punctual with good communication skills. Must be able to pass a background check and provide references. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation strongly preferred.
